Based on a blend of Mindfulness practice and Native Vision questing, this journey takes you into Ancient Sacred Ground and invites you to connect with Nature and with Spirit. This Quest offers you unfettered time to get in touch with your deepest knowing, to hear your heart’s song and to connect with your passion and your wisdom.
Together we create a safe space and build a community that supports each individual’s process. We do this by sitting in Council, sharing our intention, participating in Ceremonies and making masks.
Held in each other’s heart, we leave for Solo time. This time alone provides ‘time out of time’ to simply BE, to open to the callings of nature, to journey inward, to reconnect with our core Self, and to commune with Spirit.
Following Solo, we welcome each other back into community. Each person is witnessed, acknowledged and celebrated as the story of her/his story is told anchoring and deepening each person’s and the group’s experience.
